delivery cost. In fact, in the CHECKOUT form, the software automatically
calculates the cost, analizing the dimension of each article and its
weight. In this way the customer will always pay the right price.
Our competitors usually give "free of charge delivery" but they always "charge" that cost on the article price. We don't want to do that, we want to be honest with you. You'll pay only the real products cost (giveaway prices) and the real delivery cost (too much and we agree) but it is the same cost which our carrier charge to us. |

artist IVANA makes pottery exclusivelly for us and for you, of course. Every piece is made by hand, therefore buying it, you'll have a unique piece of pottery from the famous Deruta. The objects will be made only when you order them. For that reason you have to wait about 20 days before receiving them. That period is necessary to create, to paint, to cook and to give them the finishing touches. Be patient, you won't regret it!! |
