You will only have to validate and send commissions to your
affiliates.
Before
activating your Affiliate Program, we have to know some technical
information about your web site, just to perform the needed
adjustments.
So,
before starting, will be necessary to have some contacts,
just to evaluate the best solution for you.
After
the activation, you'll receive an internet address (URL) where
your Affiliate Program Pages are located. There, your future
affiliates, will be able to sign up, check their account and
stats, etc., and there you'll be able to access to your Administrator
Page.
Your
pages will be Standard Pages like ours
(Affiliate Program, Sign up, Stats, Banners, Administrator)
If you need customized pages, contact us and we'll evaluate
together how to do it and the eventual additional cost.
If you need
customized banners we can create them, for only Euro
39.99 each.
Before
starting your Affiliate Program, you will receive your Administrator
password for entering into your reserved administrator page.
From
your administrator page you can:
- Check
affiliates waiting for payments.
- Validate
commissions.
- Pay
affiliates who have reached the payment threshold.
- Check
each affiliate stats (generated click, earned money, etc.).
- Send
an e-mail to all the affiliates.
Your
affiliates can:
- Check
stats with generated clicks in the period.
- Check
earned money in the period.
- Check
each generated order details.
- Change
his personal data.

TERMS AN CONDITIONS
The USER is the person
or the Company who will use the Sapori Umbri Affiliate Program.
- The USER
has to pay monthly, the amount of Euro 39,99 to Sapori Umbri
by International Money Tranfers or by Credit Card.
- The
USER will
evaluate with Sapori Umbri, the eventual additional cost for
customizations, banners, etc.
- Sapori Umbri will reserve
to The USER
a web space into an Internet server (www.domainhost.com),
used to store USER Affiliates data and pages.
- Sapori Umbri will assign to
The USER
an URL (web address) and a Password to use the Administrator
Page. That Password must be stored in a safe place. Eventual
improper events due to bad storage of that Password cannot
be attributed to Sapori Umbri.
- Sapori Umbri is not responsible
for bad data management, included bad usage of Administrative
functions reserved to The
USER.
- The Responsible for the management
of affiliates data is The
USER. The USER must
respect all the terms and conditions related to the
storage and management of the affiliate data and his privacy.
- Sapori Umbri will be able
to change the internet address (URL) assigned to The
USER. At least a
week before the variation, the
USER will receive
a comunication by e-mail with the new address.
- This contract can be ended
by Sapori Umbri or by the
USER at any
time, sending an e-mail to the other part, indicating the
reason.
- Sapori Umbri warrants to the
USER, technical
support for fixing eventual problems, during the Affiliate
Software management. Technical support has to be requested
by e-mail to the address:
